Web Development Catering for End Users

In the last 9 months there has been a major new release from each of the big players in the Web Browser market, and yet this is not something out of the ordinary in the IT industry.

If you are a Windows user, you have quite a range to choose from, and they are all competing to be the best, for you, for free. Depending on the target audience of your site, you can have drastic differences in browser usage statistics, as a simple example, a site selling a Mac application will have almost zero percent Internet Explorer users.

NMCG Rebranding

It’s been a long time since my last posting, and this is due to the sheer amount of work going on at NMCG. One of the many things currently taking up my time is a complete facelift across the company.

This week, NMCG is officially unveiling it’s new logo and brand. You will see the new logo and colour scheme gracing this blog, and if you deal directly with any of our consultants, on the business cards, email signatures and letterheads (sharp-eyed users of our Basecamp project management system would have noticed the change earlier than others).

In this post I’ll go through why, and how we came to this.
